The tech-savvy, socially conscious and sustainable Station House tells a new story about living in the nation’s capital.
TEAM EFFORT
Station House is developed and owned by Fisher Brothers and Roseland, A Mack-Cali Company and managed by Bozzuto. The design team is Handel Architects and Hickok Cole Architects with interior design and finishes by The Rockwell Group.
TECH-SAVVY
For Station House residents, life is busy. A custom resident portal makes it easy to pay rent, check on packages, and electronically communicate with the management team.
SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE
Through the Station House Gives Back program, residents have the opportunity to invest in the social fabric of the community through their time and resources. The program also partners with groups like Art with Purpose, Adopt a Platoon, Red Cross, and Cradles to Crayons, extending its impact beyond DC.
SUSTAINABLE
Station House is green by nature. In addition to its lush terraria and sprawling courtyards, the community is LEED® Silver Certified – a designation awarded by the US Green Building Council.
